TLBC – Privacy & SMS/Text Messaging Policy

Last Updated: November 7, 2025

1. Purpose & Commitment

At TLBC (“we,” “our,” “us”), your privacy and trust matter. We use text messaging only for legitimate business communication — coordinating internally with team members or communicating directly with active clients. We do not send mass marketing messages, cold outreach, or spam. By providing your mobile number and choosing to receive SMS/text messages from TLBC, you consent to the terms below.

2. Information We Collect

When you provide your mobile number for TLBC messaging, we may collect: your name and mobile phone number; date/time of your opt-in; message history and replies (e.g., “STOP” commands); basic metadata such as timestamps or delivery status; and any information you share in a text conversation. We do not purchase or scrape phone numbers and do not track or store data beyond operational needs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use text messaging only to confirm scheduling or shift information; send updates or alerts related to TLBC services; communicate directly with clients or authorized contacts; coordinate internal operations or staff logistics; and respond to messages or service inquiries. We do not use SMS for advertising, promotions, or unsolicited outreach.

4. Message Terms & Disclosures

By opting in, you agree that TLBC may send service-related or informational text messages. Message frequency depends on operational needs. Standard carrier rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@tlbcsecurity.com. TLBC will not share or sell your phone number. All messaging is managed through RingCentral, following its compliance and security standards.

5. How We Share Information

We share message data only as needed to operate our system: with RingCentral and technical providers who deliver or store messages securely, or when required by law or safety obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share client or employee phone numbers for any marketing or third-party use.

6. Opt-In and Opt-Out

Opt-In: You must explicitly agree to receive texts (e.g., checking a box on a form or replying “YES”). Example: “I consent to receive TLBC service-related text messages. Reply STOP to opt out. Standard rates may apply.” Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message or contact us directly. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.7.

Data Retention & Security

We keep message logs and opt-in/opt-out records only as long as necessary for business, legal, or compliance reasons, then delete or anonymize them. TLBC maintains security controls that meet or exceed industry standards.

8. Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to applicable law. Contact privacy@tlbcsecurity.com to submit a request.

9. Updates

If this Policy changes, we’ll post the updated version on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
